In the style of Jonathon Swift's "Gulliver's Travels", an every-man character travels to a land filled with mythical characters.
It's an adventure story, with the main character, George Taylor, having to confront, and befriend pixies, elves, fairies, brownies, giants, dwarfs, mimis, sprites, satyrs, and mermaids.
But there's one character that is the most feared, and hated of all. The groll. A species that kills and tortures for the pure pleasure of seeing the pain they inflict. The tales of their evil are endless.
It's a love story as George risks his life to break a spell and return the love of his first, and only girlfriend, Justeen.
It's a comedy with a sarcastic twist, as the mermaids, brownies and other characters have human characteristics that would make them fit in on Earth as well as the magical land of Negani.
And, like Johnathon Swift, it's also a story with many symbolic references to the cultures of the day.
This story includes creatures that Americans know:

pixies fairies satyrs nymphs trolls mermaids |

All are thrown on the most boring, nerdly human in the world, George Taylor.
